It is the Client’s responsibility to ensure that the name of their product, company or service is not already in use, and it is the Client’s sole responsibility to secure a service mark or trademark to protect the rights to any name or image. We will not be held responsible for any legal action that may result from improper due diligence on the availability of a company name or image. Ownership of the final artwork becomes the full property of the Client, having unlimited, indefinite and unrestricted use of the design upon payment of all fees. Wood Monster retains the right to display the artwork in their corporate portfolios and marketing materials. All concepts furnished to the client are for client review and comment purposes only. Until all project invoices are paid in full by the Client, Wood Monster will retain exclusive copyright and ownership of all design and draft materials and any usage will be deemed an infringement of standing copyright protections and pursued appropriately by Wood Monster. Ownership of final designs are transferred to the client on payment of all fees, however unless otherwise arranged in writing. Wood Monster retains ownership of all draft materials not used in the final design. Graphics may not be resold, added to design or art collections, as part of a gallery or template collection or redistributed in any manner without express written permission by Wood Monster.

Information on policies for custom wood work orders with Dang Paddles. Please note that all orders are non-returnable and cannot be cancelled once placed due to the custom and made-to-order nature of our products. After the order is processed, it is final and we will begin the digital design process right away. We will personally contact you to confirm the design before starting the heavy work on your order. Dang Paddles is not responsible for damages that occur after the order leaves our shop, whether it is picked up by the customer, a painter, or shipped. If damages do occur, we will work with you to resolve the issue. In the case of damages during shipping, please check your order immediately upon receiving and notify us if it has been damaged. Please report the damage within 2 weeks with images of the outside and inside boxes, as well as the damaged items, so that we can file a claim with the shipping carrier if necessary. Images are necessary for damage claims. Once the damages have been inspected by the shipping company, we will arrange for the damaged items and the package to be returned and replaced.
